I have had my iPhone for several months now and so far so good, it did take a few week to get used to the touch screen but now i can type quicker on my iphone than i could on my old PDA!, and it looks very cool while doing it, the only thing that annoyed me is the little pretend keyboard noise it makes when you type! (anyone know how to shut this off!)

Just a quick update, O2 have scrapped their fair usage policy for the iPhone unlimited really now does mean unlimited, but wait this is only for EDGE! not for thecloud.net free WiFi.

Apple is set to restrict sales of their new iPhones until 2008. The move has been made because of supply issues. Analysts are saying that only 4 million units will be available this year so customers looking for an iPhone may have to wait weeks as units are expected to be on back order for several months as supply is controlled.

That lovely statistic comes from a recent Strategy Analytics’ Wireless Device Labs study on the perceptions of technology. I have to find a small amount of fault in their methodology, though. The study participants' reactions were based on a video they watched of the iPhone, and not actually using the iPhone itself. Would the results be the same with hardware on the table?
